Karen has more than twenty years of innovative, visionary apparel and product design experience in the children’s, women’s and pet business. She designed, developed and implemented multiple diverse product experiences for the U.S. and Global markets. She has traveled in most major manufacturing countries including the US, Pacific Rim, South America, and Europe. Karen excels at core design skills such as conceptual out of the box thinking, CAD design and rendering, illustration, and tech pack creation. Karen has proved her leadership and organizational skills towards maximizing efficiencies across multiple design projects and support teams. She has a passion for anything creative and sees herself as a mentor and motivator of young talent. Karen has her BFA in Fashion Design from Stephens College.
